Step One: Request a Trip
To request a trip, complete the questionnaire for the vacation type you would like and then schedule a travel appointment with Vacation with Val.
Step Two: Travel Options
Vacation with Val will create up to three travel itineraries for your trip with options to customize each option.
Step Three: Reservations
Once we have created the right trip for you, we will reserve your trip with reservation information and payment.
Step Four: Travel Management
Vacation with Val will coordinate all travel details and prepare you for your upcoming trip.
Step Five: Time to Travel!
Vacation with Val will standby to help with anything we can during your trip.

DO YOU BOOK AIRFARE?
I do not book airfare by itself. I only book airfare when it is included in a package. There are some great deals on air when booked with a package or a cruise.
DO YOU BOOK GROUP TRAVEL?
Yes! Booking group trips are so exciting. Unlike individual or family vacations, there is so much that goes into group trips. It requires an agent that has access to the tool and support to booking such a trip.
DO YOU PRICE MATCH?
I will be happy to look at another offer. I will need you to send the complete offer to me with travel dates and all details.
Please keep in mind, many factors can affect the price of a vacation from dates, flights, resorts and what is included in each package.
CAN I SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN
Many vacation operators will allow you to make payments on a booking. There are some exceptions such as when travel is within 30 days or includes air. It is something we can talk about.
HOW MANY MONTHS SHOULD I HAVE LEFT ON MY PASSPORT TO TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY?
It is recommended that you have 6 months left on your passport when traveling. You can renew or apply for a passport using this link.
DO I HAVE TO BE VACCINATED AGAINST COVID TO CRUISE?
Recently many cruise lines have updated their policies to allow unvaccinated guest on board. Some countries still require proof of vaccination as well as a negative COVID test. I can help find the best cruise line for you.
IS THERE A FEE TO USE YOU AS MY TRAVEL ADVISOR?
I do not charge a fee for bookings into one of my Group spaces cruises. There are some vacations that require quite a bit more research and time to put together and a research fee may be charged. The fee depends upon the type of trip you are planning. This can be discussed when we have out telephone conversation.
