Upon accepting the proposal, you will receive the following through e-mail:

1. Client Portal Activation
2. Portal Task including but not limited to:
   1. Client Verification form - Make sure names are spelled correctly and birthdates are correct.
   2. Booking terms and acknowledgements.
   3. Travel Protection Acceptance / Waiver Form - You will either accept or decline coverage.
   4. Payment Authorization Form
   5. And more depending upon what type of trip you are booking.

Once you have activated your Client Portal, you will be able to view the details on your vacation and more.
